Cavatons

Our Cavatons:

Meet our Cavalier King Charles/Coton de Tulear cross puppies! One of the fantastic qualities of these wonderful companions is the likelihood of non shedding coats which flow with gentle, silky waves. Their coat has a shiny sheen to it making it easy to care for. This mix is in the family of the Cavachon puppies, with just a bit better health and style. We do use our Coton de Tulears in this cross as they have proven to have better helath than the Bichons and have less bark than the Bichons. They have a wonderful sense of playfulness & a great love of toys as the Cotons do as well as a snuggly side of lap companions from the Cavalier. They are friendly, highly social, sturdy, calm dogs which are truly a great mix. You will enjoy the length of nose that the Coton brings to the mix as the Cavatons will not have the snort & sinus problems (snoring) that some Cavaliers can. Their noses and faces are not extremely long on the other hand either, giving them a plump, full appearance.

Our parents are well within the breed standards for weight and height. Our Cavalier adults are 15-18 pounds and stand 12-13 inches at the shoulder. They have a lifespan of 9-14 years. Coton de Tulears are 9.5 to 13 inches at the withers and have a weight of less than 18 pounds. Many of ours are in the 13-14 pound range. These dogs do not shed and have low dander, therefore are great for people with allergies.Cotons have a lifespan of 12-16 years.

Cavalier King Charles/Coton de Tulear puppies often do not shed. They average 13-14 pounds as adults.

Mom and Dad are pictures of health, always doing well on their yearly health exams – never needing anything other than routine care in between check ups. Of course we would expect their babies to follow suit. I am sure you would be pleased with them.

We do not sell puppies to pet stores, brokers or breeders. Only to pet homes such as yours and mine!

All puppies are current on dewormings and vaccinations. They each have an AVID microchip inserted between the shoulder blades for positive identification.
