Communication with Barb was excellent

My daughter was looking for a Coton de Tulear for months until she found Barb's website. Communication with Barb was excellent. We talked with her by phone and through email; she always responded promptly and with all the information we requested. I love that Barb sent us professional photos by email of our little Benny (the name we gave our Coton) since he was born and kept us up to date about every vet visit. I flew from Florida to get our sweet Benny and we love him! I was a bit nervous about the trip because I only had one hour from the time I got to Nebraska to the time I left, but Barb made the pick up very easy for me and was waiting for me with Benny at a bench close to my gate at the airport and even got my boarding pass and Benny's so I didn't have to worry about that taking up my time. She had all the paperwork organized and ready for me to sign. I liked that she had all the vet visits and vaccines all organized and even gave me a booklet with instructions on training and food and what to expect with our new puppy. We are enjoying our time with Benny so much and are so thankful to Barb for taking such great care of him. I highly recommend Barb and Heartland Classics!
