Phenomenal Company

My experience purchasing Paisley, our new Soft Wheaton Terrier, through Hearland Classics was phenomenal. Barb was super professional, answered all my questions and did anything should could to help me with my worries of purchasing a dog online miles away. We had Paisley flown to Louisiana, everything was organized and planned, all we had to do was show up at the airport. We recieved AKC papers, Vet records and Microchip info with our new puppy. The ride home, about an hour, was busy, Paisley was all over the place. We have 3 kids, so of course they all wanted to hold her but Paisley didn't want to sit still. After we arrived home we brought her in the backyard and after about 10min she walked right into our pool, twice, oblivious of where she was heading, but now she is very aware of what the pool is The first night we put her in her kennel to sleep and she slept all night with no accidents or whinning/barking, which was awesome, and has done so every night there after. Paisley is definitely more challenging than the other 3 puppies I have trained. Recently I have learned how stubborn a Terrier can be and how much they like to dig and jump. Teething has been challenging with her stubbornness, my littles ones end up with scratches and teeth marks on face, arms, legs, clothes, etc. and it's tough to get her to stop once she gets started, we have had to use strong discipline to get her to back down.We are on week 3 and have seen some progress! I ordered the Terrier book Barb recommended to learn the best way to train a Terrrier. Hopefuly she will grow out of this aggressiveness stage. Thankfully we think she is the cutest thing ever and are looking forward to training her into a well-mannered little girl!! Her coat is beautiful and love that she doesn't shed.
