Very Pleased and highly recommend

We got our precious Ella Sue here in Septemberr 2012! I could not be more pleased with her. When I contacted them about Ella Sue they answered all my questions via email and a phone call. I was sent detailed information about her and the bread the Havanese. When I called there were 2 female puppies I was interested in and when I asked questions she was very detailed and eager to give me as much information as possible. I wanted a puppy that was active but still wanted to be held and sleep in my lap. We have kids so it was important to have our new puppy was ready to play but I also wanted a puppy with a sweet personality and not domineering since I have 2 other dogs. After talking to them explaining this they recommended my all white sweet Ella Sue. She came to me that same week, on a plane from Nebraska to New Orleans, Louisiana. It couldn't have been more easier. She sent detailed instructions and the records for the vet were extremely thorough. I would definitely recommend this kennel and in the future would like to purchase another puppy from here. Ella Sue was my 40th birthday present from my kids and husband and she truly is the "Heart" of our family!
